Hidden gem great for families
Been living in Crestmead for 13 years, brought up 2 young kids and loving the location and environment. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood with excellent playgrounds, dog parks and walking tracks. Berrinba Wetlands is just 5 minutes away — home to a large number of pelicans and other wildlife.

Liveable & affordable
Crestmead is liveable and affordable. I grew up in the area and went to primary school and high school in the region. The reason why people buy in the neighbourhood is still the same as it was when my parents bought and when I bought my first home. They can get a quality home with a good-sized property at an affordable price. The place is set up with loads of parklands, dog parks, basketball courts, skate parks, and bike tracks. We have a multimillion-dollar parkland with boardwalks recently built close by in neighbouring Berrinba.
