Step 2: Offer Submission
Your details and conditions will be entered into a REIQ residential sales contract

Step 3: Offer Confirmations
A contract will then be emailed to you via DOCUSIGN for your perusal and action

Step 4: Once received, all offers will be presented to the seller prioritising confidentiality and clear communication for their review and action

Step 5: All buyers will be notified of the result within the discussed time frame
