The Story
This home launches to the open market in October. Until 5 October, you can see it first and make an offer on your own terms.
Make Your Offer Before the Market Sees It
This home officially launches to the open market in October with a full campaign and an auction on site. Between now and 5 October, we are giving buyers the chance to see it first and make an offer on their own terms.
That means you can offer subject to finance. Subject to building and pest. Subject to the sale of your own home, if the terms stack up. All the conditions that disappear the moment a property goes to auction.
If the right offer comes forward before 5 October, the owners will sell. If it does not, this becomes an unconditional auction campaign and those conditions are off the table. That is the whole reason this window exists.
What buyers should expect
Inspections by appointment
The home is available to view by private appointment, seven days. No open home crowds, no queue at the door, no signing in behind twenty other buyers. Call or book below and I will meet you there.
Offers with your conditions
Put forward an offer with finance, building and pest, or a settlement date that suits you. Every offer goes to the owners. You are not bidding against a paddle in a driveway.
Limited photography, for now
We are still preparing the full campaign, so what you see here is a small selection. There is a lot more to this home than these images show, which is exactly why it is worth walking through it in person.
The home
This is a substantial single level home with 240 square metres of internal area and 370 square metres in total under roof, sitting on a 668 square metre block, and the thing that separates it from most homes in this price bracket is simple. The owners have not deferred the maintenance.
Accommodation
Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three genuinely separate living zones. A 4.8 by 7.7 metre open plan family and dining space off the kitchen, a 5.6 by 4.3 metre rumpus, and a separate living room at the front of the home. The master has a walk in robe and ensuite. The fifth bedroom sits near the entry, which makes it an easy home office, guest room, or a space for an older child or a parent.

Outdoor living
Out the back, a 7.8 by 9.4 metre covered outdoor living area runs the length of the home and opens onto a fully fenced in ground pool with glass fencing. It is a genuine second living space, not a token patio.

Need to Know What Your Own Home Is Worth?
One of the advantages of a pre-market offer is that you can make it subject to the sale of your own home. Before you do, it helps to know what you are working with. My 3 Minute Property Appraisal gives you a real figure on your place, without a sales pitch and without anyone turning up at your door.
Free. No obligation. Takes about three minutes.

Greenhaven Crescent
Greenhaven Crescent is a quiet cul de sac style street where every single home is low set. That is rarer than it sounds and it changes how the street feels. Nothing towering over you, nothing overlooking the pool, and a genuinely family orientated pocket of Kuraby.
You are in the Eight Mile Plains State School and Rochedale State High school catchments. Minutes to Kuraby train station, the Sunnybank and Underwood retail precincts, and straight onto the M1 and the Gateway. Around 25 minutes to the Brisbane CBD and 35 to the Gold Coast.
Where you'll live.
27 Greenhaven Crescent, Kuraby QLD 4112. Use the map to explore the street and surroundings, then dive deeper into Kuraby on the suburb page.
Distances, catchments and travel times are approximate. Please verify independently with the relevant authorities.
