    We agree on the campaign, sign the Form 6, and get your home ready. I coordinate photography, video, floor plans, styling advice, and all marketing materials.

    Your home goes live across realestate.com.au, Domain, social media, and my personal database of 48,000+ buyers. We launch on a Thursday for maximum weekend exposure.

    Open homes

    Three weeks of Saturday open homes, plus midweek inspections if needed. I personally attend and qualify every buyer who walks through.

    Auction day

    Conducted on site or at a premium venue. Competitive bidding in front of all interested parties. Unconditional contract signed on the day.

    Sold and settled

    Contracts exchanged, deposit secured, settlement on your terms. I stay in contact through to the day you hand over the keys.
