Properties with strong marketing campaigns and auction strategies are consistently achieving results at the shorter end of that range. My take
The 3.2% median correction should be read in context. Rochedale is coming off exceptional growth years in 2021 (23.2%) and 2022 (23.8%). The suburb is consolidating, not declining. Buyers remain active and competition at auction is still strong for the right property.
